New Door Security
Please note the new door security on the main entrance. We now ask all visitors to ring the bell; this does not apply to anyone attending Art Matters.
Community Options
Community Options presentations – guidance given by advisors from Richmond Fellowship Redhill. Dates are not yet confirmed but please look out for announcements during the sessions or on the notice board.
Service User Involvement Forum
Several new members have joined the group. If you are interested in joining, or would like to sit in on one of the meetings, please speak to one of the reps: Maureen, John, Kim, Nick, David and Wendy. The group is a ‘panel of Service users who monitor the delivery of the service provided at Art Matters and direct the way forward’. The next meeting is on 31st January.

Signing in
In line with fire regulations can we please remind everyone to sign in on arrival and to sign out when leaving the building.
Smoking
Just a reminder to use the designated smoking area. We have a responsibility to our neighbours and under H&S to adhere to this request.
Washing up
If you use it – please wash it! This goes for cups and plates to paint brushes! Thanks Guys.
