“we create our sand mandalas within
communities, and at gatherings, people with or without mental
health experiences work together, creatively with a shared
outcome, the completion of the mandala ,and perhaps prompting
a little debate along the way.
Interestingly there can be a kind of role reversal going on,
with the people who have had the mental health experiences
introducing the experience of calming and stilling the mind,
to those who may need to find ways of reducing their stress
levels”.
